123teq is the advisory practice of Marc Englaro, operated by 123teq Pty. Ltd. (ACN 703 272 815, ABN 60 703 272 815), an Australian company. This page explains what this website and our internal tools collect and why.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your first and last name, email address, company name and message. With it we store the time it was sent, the website address it was sent from, and your IP address (used to stop spam).

What we don't collect

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no session recording and no cookies of its own.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Messages are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

Google user data

Our own internal software, "123teq Ads Agent", uses the Google Ads API to read reports from and manage the Google Ads accounts that 123teq runs for its own products. It signs in only with 123teq staff Google accounts. It does not offer sign-in to the public and does not access anyone else's Google account.

The data it reads (campaigns, ads, keywords, search terms, spend and conversion figures) is used only to run and improve our own advertising. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used to serve other advertising, and not used to train general AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by using the contact form or through LinkedIn.
