Fits: Photo Resizer to KB

Resize a photo to the exact size an upload form asks for. On your iPhone.

Español

Pick one or more photos, type what the form wants (for example "20 to 50 KB, 200 × 230 pixels, JPG"), and Fits finds the best quality that fits. It shows the real file size before you save, then saves to Photos or shares the file.

Common questions

Is a KB 1,000 or 1,024 bytes?

Forms disagree, so Fits aims inside both: a "max 50 KB" file stays under 50,000 bytes, and a "min 20 KB" file is at least 20,480 bytes.

The form wants exact pixels, but my photo is a different shape.

Choose Exact size and type the width and height. Fits crops to that shape, never stretches. Drag the frame to choose what stays.

It says the photo can't reach the size.

Fits never pads a file with junk or makes a photo unrecognisable. If the size can't be reached honestly, it says why: try more or fewer pixels, or a wider KB range.

Saving to Photos doesn't work.

Fits only needs permission to add photos. Open the iPhone Settings app → Fits → Photos and allow adding photos. Or use the Share button and choose Save to Files.

Does it keep the location of my photo?

No. Every resized photo is drawn fresh, so location and camera details are removed. The date the photo was taken is kept.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything happens on your iPhone. Your photos never leave it unless you share them yourself.
