The short version: your photos stay on your iPhone. We have no accounts and never see your photos, their names or their sizes. The app makes no network connections at all and collects no data.
Who we are
Fits is an iPhone app made by 123TEQ LLC ("we"). Questions about this policy: use the contact form.
Your photos
You pick photos with Apple's photo picker, so the app sees only the photos you choose, never your whole library. Resizing happens on your iPhone. The resized file is saved to Photos (the app asks only for permission to add photos) or goes wherever you share it. Resized photos carry no location or camera details; the date taken is kept. Targets you save are stored on your iPhone.
What the app sends us
Nothing. Fits makes no network connections: no usage counts, no analytics, no settings downloaded from a server. Your photos never leave your iPhone unless you share them yourself. We collect no data about you or how you use the app.
Advertising
The app shows no ads and contains no advertising code. It doesn't use the advertising identifier or any device identifier, and it doesn't collect your location.
Children
The app isn't aimed at children and sends us nothing at all.
Your choices
We hold nothing about you, so there is no account to delete. Deleting the app removes everything it kept on your phone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
